I think risk aversion is a part of the story, but it&#039;s one too often relied on to explain far more complex and rectifiable social factors - like toxic work environments for a start. Also, investing is only part of the story... We need effective involvement of women across the crypto spectrum, from development to marketing to public policy. Bring it on!]]></description>
