We want everyone to be able to read Chip-in. This statement covers chipin.com.

What we do

We build Chip-in to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You can use every page with a keyboard or a screen reader. Text keeps enough contrast in the light and the dark theme, and the layout adapts to small screens and to larger text. Many articles also have an audio version.

Known limits

Some older articles came from our previous site. Some of their images have no text description, and some of their layouts are less consistent. We correct these when we find them.

Tell us about a barrier

If part of Chip-in is difficult to use, tell us through our contact page. Name the page and describe what happened. We read every message and fix what we can.
