European Blockchain Summit, the premier event to feature governmental and blockchain officials on all things crypto, and emphasizing the need for unified market legislation, will commence on April 11 at Brdo pri Kranju, Slovenia.
Featuring an all-star line-up, including Joseph Lubin (the Ethereum co-founder), the country, often described as the world`s crypto state, shows its determination to transform Europe into a global blockchain hub.

The one day European Blockchain Summit will connect influential industry leaders, business decision makers, tech innovators and government representatives with its unparalleled program and networking opportunities, providing a stimulating environment to deep dive into key challenges, facing the disruptive blockchain technology alongside industry leaders and market makers. This is a first of its kind event to occur in Slovenia that brings the best from both, industry and government in order to explore synergies and guide relevant legislative work to make Europe the first choice for a growing number of blockchain companies.
Besides the Government of The Republic of Slovenia and ConsenSys, the event is organized by The Blockchain Alliance Europe, an international organization that seeks to raise awareness of the importance of the blockchain technology. The members of alliance (Viberate, Spartan Solutions, Netis, Cofound.it, Hive Project, Sun Contract, SportyCo) work together for the benefit of the individual and collective business development of European blockchain companies and cooperate closely with the government authorities in the field of relevant legislation.

The summit will kick off with a keynote from legendary blockchain pioneer Joseph Lubin, who co-founded Ethereum, the second-largest public blockchain by total value and is currently running ConsenSys, one of the largest blockchain technology startups based in Brooklyn.
